This will ensure that he has a good idea of what your requirements are, thus making an easy business transaction.
            You should never talk to your real estate agent about the prices you checked online. Although there are many online portals available, none matches the efficiency of an in person real estate agent. A well informed real estate agent with decades of experience is much better than a piece of software that only matches existing itinerary to show you the most favorable results.
            Never tell them how fun it must be to do their job. Yes, their job entails visiting many places and prospective properties to assess if it is the right one for their clients. However, it is just a job for them, and they have only come so far with the right training and credibility.
            You should never discriminate on the prospective buyers of your property based on religion, gender or race. This will put you a realtor’s bad books, which can be detrimental in property sales in future.
